About the Role
Shree Krishna Industries is looking for a responsible, hardworking and physically fit Helper to support day-to-day manufacturing, material handling and production activities at its Bhosari facility. The selected candidate will assist machine operators and production staff with material movement, loading and unloading, packing, housekeeping and other routine shop-floor activities.
This position is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior factory, production or industrial helper experience who are willing to learn and work in a disciplined manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, components, tools and finished products safely across the factory floor.
- Load and unload materials from production areas, assembly stations and storage locations.
- Assist machine operators during basic machine loading, unloading, setup and production activities.
- Support production teams in arranging materials according to job requirements and production schedules.
- Sort, count, inspect and pack finished products before storage or dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around machines, workstations and production areas.
- Assist in shifting and organizing components, fabricated parts and other industrial materials.
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors, machine operators and production staff.
- Use basic material-handling equipment and workplace tools only after receiving proper instructions.
- Support routine cleaning and basic upkeep of machines and surrounding work areas.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification of 8th / 10th standard, with preference for candidates having 12th, ITI or Diploma qualifications.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, warehouse or industrial environment will be an added advantage.
- Must have basic physical stamina to stand, walk and perform shop-floor activities for extended working periods.
- Ability to safely handle and move materials as instructed.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
- Should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and around machinery.
- Willingness to work in rotational, day or night shifts according to plant requirements.
- Should be disciplined, punctual and dependable.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and learning new industrial processes.
- Candidates residing in or around Bhosari, Moshi, Chinchwad, Pimpri, Dighi, Alandi Road and nearby areas of Pune may be preferred.

Work Environment
